I felt very comfortable discussing my problems with Dr. Rigolin. and his advise and treatment gives me confidence
It was very unprofessional. He hung up after questioning a comment to get clarity. Very rude and dismissive.

I was completely new to seeing an psychiatrist. First visit was so-so, he prescribed me antidepressants that gave me suicidal thoughts and I immediately stop taking the medication, did not want those in my system. Second session, he just sat there and did the rudest “speak” hand gesture. I’m not familiar on how the sessions go. He guided the last one. During the session he ask the same questions as the last session. I felt like I was wasting my time, what was he writing down the whole time the last session... I went for a third session, he was late, fine (even though it’s during my lunch break). He kept trying to ask me the same questions as the last two sessions. I became highly frustrated and confused, but composed. He tried to prescribe a different antidepressants. I stated I’d rather not have that in my system and I asked if I could be prescribed adderall to help me focus on my job, which was the most frustrating thing in my life. He slammed his book shut and said no and I just walked out. Worst first experience.

Dr. Rigolin was compassionate, thorough, and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and I felt like he listened to me and did his best to work with me in a productive way that I feel good about.
He is the first therapist I've ever seen. That said, I really can't compare this experience. Honestly, I felt like he was a bit judgemental. He also cut me off when I spoke. It made me uncomfortable. But he did call me personally to reschedule my appointment. Apparently, the availability on Zocdoc isn't accurate.
Very kind and caring.
The doctor was inattentive, messaged on his cell phone during our session and just wanted to prescribe drugs and get the appointment over with as quickly as possible.
Dr. Rigolin was terrific. I was able to make my appointment the day before on ZocDoc (which made it extremely easy/convenient), and Dr. R was courteous, patient and understanding. Particularly so re: my situation that was essentially my very simple need for a good natured, easy to contact doc to help provide me with medication management for an ongoing ADHD/mild anxiety diagnosis. He was prompt, respectful, kind and I would certainly recommend him.
Dr. Rigolin is very kind and got me in to see him right away. He even pushed my appointment up earlier in order to help work around my work schedule more effectively. He was compassionate and gave positive feedback throughout my meeting with him. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
Was very impressed and will be seeing him again.
Dr. Rigolin took the time to access my issue and seemed real concerned about my overall mental health not just what I came in for. Very thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Rogolin was very professional. He is very, thoughtful, kind and took the time to talk about my difficulties. I highly recommend him!
Dr.Rigolin was great. He helped me out with everything I needed and more importantly, he made me feel extremely comfortable, which is key when dealing with psychiatrists.
Love him! He's a gem.
Really great, enjoyed visit
