In my practice, I am committed to creating a space that promotes comfort, acceptance, curiosity, and respect. Whether you’re seeking to approach a recent or long-standing concern, I am here to assist and support you through the ups and downs of life. I use an integrative approach that is tailored to each individual, and have supported clients through issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image, gender, sexuality, and intimacy. I compassionately recognize the struggle to manage stress, pressure, uncertainty, and disappointment, and aim to gently guide clients to develop new meanings and narratives surrounding painful past and current experiences and relationships. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, where I worked with adolescents and adults involved in the criminal-legal system. I am currently a candidate at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, and have completed additional post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, developmental and learning disabilities, and sexuality.
