I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and pelvic health. I enjoy educating patients on the pelvic floor and how we can optimize its function to address symptoms affecting the bladder, bowel, and pelvic pain. One of my professional goals is to be a champion for pelvic health and increase awareness across our healthcare system to improve patient care. I have been practicing for 11 years and enjoy helping people return to activities that matter to them. It is exciting to see people progress with less discomfort, more knowledge about their injury or pain, and an improved ability to manage their activities. I am also a Herman and Wallace trained pelvic floor therapist, which has further enhanced my expertise in this specialized area. I enjoy spending time with my husband and four kids, especially outdoors in the mountains hiking, cross-country skiing, or camping. I also enjoy cycling and running. I like to read, learn, and laugh with my kids.
