I have been practicing for 11 years and enjoy helping people return to activities that matter to them. I am also a Herman and Wallace trained pelvic floor therapist, which has further enhanced my expertise in this specialized area. I enjoy spending time with my husband and four kids, especially outdoors in the mountains hiking, cross-country skiing, or camping. I also enjoy cycling and running. I like to read, learn, and laugh with my kids.
