I booked with a gentleman online thru Zocdoc and then received a phone call almost immediately stating I needed to see another PT. I said okay. Faith is kind, but that is not the point. I think she was ill during my initial Eval. as she was pale, diaphoretic, seemed disconnected and kept asking me about my auto accident. I haven't ever been in an auto accident - and my intake forms stated my reasons for being there, which was a fall. I had to ask for the quantity and duration of my exercises she wanted me to do three different times over two different says, so I could provide them to my employer. The place is nice, but initial experience poor. I want to switch back to whom I originally scheduled with which was Michael Martinez. It is difficult with my work schedule to be seen as is, and this seemed a wasted first visit.
