Felix was empathetic, knowledgeable, and personable. With vestibular imbalance issues, it’s often difficult and tiresome to explain symptoms that are generally pretty vague and just relate to a sense of being “off balance”. Felix took the time to understand my condition and symptoms, and his testing was thorough. He clearly knows what he is doing, and I appreciate finding someone like that in this frustrating recovery journey.

Switched to see Felix after a less than satisfactory experience with a different provider in the area and the difference was night and day. From the beginning to the end it was a 1 on 1 appointment and Felix was incredibly knowledgable, as well as easy to talk to. Would recommend this doc to anyone.

Was not progressing at another vestibular clinic and my ENT highly recommended this specific location and Felix. Turns out I know a few people who have come through their doors as they’re that good. I consistently feel I am making progress and will be making the drive from Fredericksburg because as they say, when you find the good one you keep coming back even if it’s a drive because it’s worth it.

I'm always happy with my care. I feel I'm progressing it just is taking time & I'm in a hurry. All my needs and questions are answered. I especially like the staff interaction and not feeling rushed.

Fantastic experience here. The therapy was clear and comprehensive. By the end of the visit I already noticed improvements with my neck mobility. I would highly recommend Felix.
