I practice Relational Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. I see myself as a partner with you in this work. I value a sense of humor. Curiosity and being courageous enough to go where you haven't before are essential. I do not provide straightforward counseling. I am not here to tell you what to do but rather to help you be in a position to make decisions in your best interest. We will begin with managing any current symptoms and then sort through and explore how your current state came to be so that we may work on the deeper issues and root causes.
I completed a post-graduate program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and another, the Psychoanalytic Training Program, both at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. My experience includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, the LGBTQ community, relational psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and behavioral therapy.
