Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through Orangetheory and have been a competitive swimmer since the age of 10, including throughout college, which is an experience that shaped my understanding of physical resilience and recovery, particularly in athletes. I also work as a Senior lifeguard at Davis Park, Fire Island, where I spend time on the water and actively promote water safety. These experiences reinforce my commitment to collaborative, client-centered occupational therapy that empowers patients to actively participate in their recovery and return to meaningful daily activities.
