About Dr. Garrett Jay

Garrett received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. During his professional career in the strength and rehab field, he has worked with all levels of athletic abilities, from middle schoolers to elite-level professional athletes. Garrett believes the combination of hands-on work from a physical therapist and exercises is important but knows that by itself it won't be effective without also building personal relationships with his patients so he can help them reach their respective goals. He wants you to not only succeed on the treatment table but also in life itself. You will find Garrett playing basketball, cycling, running, lifting weights, enjoying the great outdoors, and trying new restaurants. He would like to visit as many national parks as possible, with Yellowstone being his favorite so far.
