Using a psychodynamic framework, I integrate deep insight with practical strategies, combining CBT, art therapy, family systems, and attachment-based approaches—all tailored to support your unique journey.

As a working artist with a background in theater, I'm attuned to the emotional layers of human experience and offer both clinical and creative tools.
I'm fluent in pop culture and the nuances of the world we’re living in—nothing is off-limits in our sessions, including honest conversations about sex, identity, relationships, and everything in between.
We will explore patterns, process emotions, and develop practical strategies for change. My expressive techniques include drawing dreams, self-portraiture, narrative storytelling, and, of course, rich verbal dialogue. I believe in your capacity to thrive and will help you identify your strengths, deepen your sense of self, and move toward your most authentic life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Sessions are active and collaborative. We might spend time unpacking something from your week, diving into a recurring emotional pattern, or creatively processing an image from a dream or memory. Some sessions may feel reflective and insight-driven, while others may focus more on practical tools and emotional regulation. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, always holding space with curiosity, humor, and an authentic, nonjudgmental presence.
