You will spend a full 60 minutes working one-on-one with one of our award-winning physical therapists—never an aide. We are proud to be highly recommended by physicians from the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), the country’s #1 hospital for orthopedics. We break away from the traditional outpatient physical therapy model, providing personalized, concierge-level care. Dr. Reich earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where she received the prestigious Maria Ebert Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional care. She trained in pediatrics and outpatient sports and orthopedics and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Elon University. As an orthopedic and sports specialist, Dr. Reich has helped patients reach goals—from learning to walk again to returning to elite sports.
She spent most of her career in NYC as clinical director for a leading physical therapy provider in the Northeast, gaining extensive expertise in non-operative and post-operative orthopedic treatments. She worked closely with doctors at HSS, the top hospital for orthopedics. The trust and recommendations from many physicians reflect her commitment and skill.

Helen was an absolutely amazing physical therapist and gave me great strengthening exercises as well as stretches to get me marathon ready. She was also able to manually manipulate and relieve pain in my knee with ease. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Reich is just amazing. I was in so much pain I could barely walk.
After listening and examining me Dr Reich realized that the pain was caused by my hipp and treated me accordingly.
Her hands on therapy gave me great relieve after first session and I was totally pain free after 3 sessions. I alternated my sessions with the exercises she sent me for maintenance. I highly recommend her!
