My journey to mental healthcare Ever since I was an adolescent, I have been a helper, the person that peers went to in times of need or crisis. This calling continued in college where I continued to have this role among my peers and in my work at a crisis hotline. I decided to go to grad school to learn to do psychotherapy professionally and have been loving this line of work and helping people ever since!
