“I had low back pain and ankle pain when I trained for 5k run. Isaac is very knowledgeable and patient. He is a good listener and helped me check my body movements and postures to find out the root of the issue. He helped me to understand that how different parts of muscles connect and affect each other. And then he showed me two exercises to help me strengthen my weaker muscle. This helps me to use the right muscle when I run and work out and reduced my low back pain and ankle pain. Isaac is also very patient to answer me a lot of questions. I strongly recommend Isaac to anyone who is looking for a PT.”

“I was referred to Renew Sports Rehab by a family friend when I was dealing with neck pain. Isaac was responsive and flexible when scheduling an appointment. Throughout my evaluation he walked me through everything so I had a better understanding of what was happening. After the evaluation he showed me preventative exercises and emailed me a visual of all the exercises discussed. Within the session he was able to address my concerns, gave me preventative exercises and an understanding of what was causing the pain. I appreciated his professionalism and his laid back demeanor encouraging me to return as needed.”

Dr. Isaac helped me get my confidence back and strength after a torn left pec. He is a professional and I felt safe with his knowledge and experience. Thank you.
Isaac was a wonderful help when I had an issue with a pinched nerve. He was patient and empathetic in the assessment, and then provided strengthening and stretching methods (and kind encouragement) that worked to alleviate my issue faster than I thought possible. I ended up with fewer appointments than originally set. Highly recommended!
Isaac's coaching and engagement was instrumental in my recovery! After years of sports, including college lacrosse, and outdoor activities, I finally suffered my first major injury in Fall 2021. My surgeon told me rehab would be a 6-12 month process. Isaac helped me first slowly gain mobility again and then put an emphasis on sport-specific movements. I started weekly rehab in October 2021 and finished my last session in April 2022. I'm extremely thankful for his efforts and literally helping get me back on my feet and doing the things I love.
Isaac was my first home health Physical Therapist one day after a major knee surgery. I had outpatient surgery and was not in the hospital overnight for follow up except phone calls from the surgeon’s office. To have Isaac come by and answer all my post-surgery questions in a calm and reassuring way was a huge relief. He examined my knee and instructed me on how to do my in-home exercises and let me know I was on the right path to recovering. He confirmed I was doing all the right things with my knee in regard to icing, elevation and exercises. He gave me some idea of what to expect over the next few days, weeks and months post-surgery to give me a better idea of what I had in front of me. I actually saw him a few weeks later at my outpatient physical therapy location where he also works and he stopped by my table to see how I was. He definitely cares about his patients, and I was happy to tell him how much I appreciated his first visit post-surgery and how helpful he was.
As a non-american citizen I was a little bit afraid when I had to start my PT journey. After an important surgery I found Isaac and still after months I say that I've been really lucky. He took care of my knee with all the professionalism that he has, in the long way that I had with him and his assistant we've been working hard and constantly with all the needed care. When I was worried, he calmed me down, when I had doubts he answered me with the most complete answer and also when I was seeing the path difficult or too long he was there telling me that I could've never give up, reminding me why I started. He hasn't only been a PT, he has been a mental coach to me, things that meant a lot for me that time, which I'll never forget. Personally I can say I had and I also have a lot of physical therapists around me these days: but the seriousness and the commitment that he put in my recover has been terrific and if will be able to play again soccer, most of the credits goes to him.
Still early on in my rehab journey but wanted to leave quick review. I sprained some knee ligaments (ACL, MCL, PCL) playing basketball and after more than half a year of limping and putting my body in awkward positions to accomplish ordinary tasks, I went to Isaac for physical therapy. Through an evaluation session, Isaac pinpointed the areas of weakness around the injury, explained the causes of pain, and put together an exercise program for recovery. I am now confident in my recovery process and eager to get back to so many of the activities I love. Thank you Isaac!
Isaac has been instrumental during my half marathon training. As someone who’s never been a regular runner, my knees quickly started having lots of pain during and in between my runs. Isaac was not only extremely attentive and patient during our sessions, but I truly felt like he was listening to my concerns and asking me questions (something I find surprisingly rare with doctors/PTs). He recommended me exercises and tools to use between my runs and has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend Isaac to my family and friends.
What I appreciate about Dr. Isaac is his ability to adapt exercises and communicate clearly during our sessions to help me rehab and regain strength due to past knee sprains and back injuries that led to imbalances and mobility issues. Having seen other physical therapists in the past, Isaac definitely stands out as someone who is passionate about his vocation, dedicated to his patients, and helping me to recover.
There are few people who are truly passionate about their profession. Isaac is one of these rare people that you can tell truly enjoys his work. Isaac is the only person I would trust with body pain. He really takes the time to evaluate all possibilities and makes you feel understood. He is constantly checking in to make sure that you're ok but also appropriately assigns exercises that build up strength. Can not recommend anyone better for PT!
As a competitive soccer player, I've been through a lot of PTs for various injuries. Dr. Isaac is by far the best that I've ever experienced. He helped me to understand why I kept getting injured and figured out how my core and glutes weren't pulling their weight. He was super patient will all the questions I had. I loved his attention to detail and how he helped me to perform the exercises correctly. Now I'm back on the pitch and playing better than ever!
