Hi there! My name is Isabel Serna. I use the pronouns she/her/hers, and I identify as a Latina woman of color. Coming from a biracial Hispanic family while also being raised within American culture, I understand the various identities and intersectionality one can have and how this may impact one’s mental health.
It can be challenging to understand who you are and who you want to be with outside factors such as relationships, your family, or even societal pressures and expectations of yourself.
