Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, transitions in life, or maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships? I have a deep respect for those who enter therapy with the goals of getting to know themselves better and loving themselves more fully. Together, we will work through empathy and compassion to tackle and process your distress and learn new coping skills to manage life's challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College, which equips me to support you on this journey toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We will partner together toward alleviating your symptoms, while exploring, identifying, and developing an understanding of the driving force behind them in an unconditionally safe and open environment. Together we will lay the foundation for true healing, letting go and continuing forward. If you are feeling ready to start a deep working relationship with a therapist, a journey of understanding yourself better and gaining insight into why you think, feel, and behave in certain ways, I would be humbled to be a part of that process.
