I thought the office was very friendly. Jack was extremely nice and knowledgeable and spent time getting to know me and the reason I was there. Would definitely recommend.

I treated at Professional PT Levittown for a torn rotator cuff and meniscus tear. Although this location is about 18 miles from my house, it is well worth the trip for the relief that the treatment from Jack Younghans has provided me. I have undergone physical therapy before at other places and none of them have come close to the skill and talent of Jack in helping me to recover from my injuries. Aaliyah at the front desk is very friendly and is always on top of making sure authorizations for therapy are up to date. She is always able to answer any questions I have about securing the necessary authorization for continued physical therapy. I have also had dealings with Christina and Ellie and both are extremely friendly, helpful and quick to assist. All of the staff at this location work together to provide such a welcoming and inviting environment and I would highly recommend it.

After my hip replacement, the care I received at this facility has been outstanding. From the front desk to the owner himself, every staff member is professional, compassionate, and dedicated. There’s never a rush—each session is thoughtfully structured to ensure I complete every step of my therapy. Thanks to Jack and his skilled team, I’ve made incredible progress and can do so much more than I thought possible. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I injured my knee and shoulder in a work accident and went to Pro PT to be treated prior to, and after surgery. I was treated by Jack Younghans and was extremely pleased with the results. Although this location is almost 20 miles from my house, it was well worth the trip each time for the relief I received after Jack worked on me. All of the staff are incredible and welcoming. Aaliyah was always on top of the authorizations for PT and constantly advised when a new script was needed. I also have had dealings with Christina and Ellie and both are always extremely helpful.The staff make the environment at this location a place where everyone is made to feel at home. I would highly recommend Pro PT for all of the aforementioned reasons.

Christina the PTA is great and when she’s giving deep tissue massage she distracts you from the experience. I highly recommend this clinic.
