Jacob is from Southern California and is one of ten children, and has always been passionate about sports. He earned a degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University (Provo). At BYU, Jacob discovered a love for coaching, later mentoring high school athletes and co-directing the weight training program. His guidance helped several athletes earn scholarships, including helping his college roommate secure a division 1 football scholarship. He is an avid sports fan. Jacob follows the Lakers, USC and Philadelphia teams since moving locally for a Doctorate at St Joseph’s University. With his background in sports and exercise science, Jacob helps athletes reach their peak performance through specialized sports physical therapy.
