About Jake Powell

I completed a 6-year program at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, where I earned my Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2020 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023. During my clinical experiences, I gained extensive experience working with individuals with orthopedic and neurological conditions in both outpatient and hospital settings. In high school, my education in Anatomy and Sports Injuries, combined with my passion for volleyball, led me to my first job as a PT aide. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages to help optimize their function and achieve their goals. I find the variety in outpatient care exciting and look forward to continued learning and growth in my career. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, playing volleyball, going to the beach, and trying new foods.
