ā€œHelped get me the information I needed and to figure out next steps in my treatment. Was able to clearly address my goals (getting back to regular strength training and cardio) and my challenges (long days of sitting in my office job). Very friendly and communicative.ā€

This is was by far the best PT experience I’ve had. Dr James Foo worked with me 1 on 1 the entire session, he took the time to actually listen to me and properly diagnose the issue. For context, I’m a very serious weightlifter and most PT’s will try to discourage me from working out. Not Dr Foo, he worked with me and found ways for me to continue while healing and actually improve my performance. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very good at communicating, and by the time I left I had a clear understanding of what my body was doing and how I need to work on it. Nothing about his treatment felt ā€˜copy and paste’ like it always does with other PTs I will never go anywhere else now.

This has been my best experience with physical therapy. James has been a life saver for me. When I walked in, I could hardly walk. I'm now learning how to strengthen my legs with the most professional and caring therapist. It's also a private session. I feel very lucky to find this place.
James listens, evaluate and then arrives at a plan to allow you to get back to full range of motion and overcome obstacles. Care under James has enabled me to be active again and return to a regular schedule of working out.
James was able to help me get back to playing volleyball after injuring my lower back and knee. He identified areas I needed to improve, including strength, mobility, biomechanics etc. Through his exercise plan and coaching, I was able to progress back to playing without pain. I highly recommend James to any athlete who wants to get back to playing sports at a high level!
I was referred to Dr. James Foo by my neurologist. My stage 4 cancer had compressed the nerves to my legs and I had lost my ability to walk. James developed a rehabilitation plan for me, I gradually improved to the point where I was able to walk with a care. Then later, I was able to climb stairs. Now, I no longer need a care and in fact walk five miles a week, unassisted. Dr. Foo, with his supportive encouragement and depth of knowledge of rehabilitation was the key to my recovery I continue to see him and highly recommend him.
It was obvious Dr. James Foo was a master physical therapist. He performed a thorough history and physical, provided a treatment plan with exercises which he demonstrated and gave me printed examples of these to do at home. I will return in 1 week for follow-up. I couldn't be more pleased with the session.
James is excellent - very knowledgeable and patient, he really helped me recover after running my first NYC Marathon! Highly recommend
