About Dr. Janelle Golly

Janelle’s passion for physical therapy began at Valparaiso High School after sustaining injuries as a cross-country, track, and basketball athlete. She understands the impact injuries have on an individual’s life and strives to make each appointment unique and patient-oriented to ensure optimal outcomes. Her experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting allowed her to work with patients across the lifespan. She has gained experience treating various diagnoses such as chronic pain, balance/fall prevention, worker’s compensation injuries, sports-related injuries, post-op patients, and much more. Enhancing her skillset to serve her patients better is of utmost importance to her. Over the years, she received additional training in trigger point dry needling, concussion rehab, ACL return to sport, McKenzie treatment, and performing functional capacity evaluations for the injured worker. Janelle understands the importance of utilizing task-specific interventions and patient education to develop an effective plan of care for each individual’s rehab journey. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and being with her husband, Nick, and their two dogs, Jack and Max.
