About Dr. Janelle Howell
My name is Dr. Janelle Howell, and I am a Women’s Certified Specialist in pelvic floor physical therapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Pacific. I have worked nearly 10 years as a clinician, with 5 years specializing as a pelvic floor therapist.
I am the founder of Vagina Rehab Doctor, which focuses on telehealth treatment for sexual pain and vaginismus. This approach allows you to receive effective, trauma-informed, and time-efficient care without leaving the privacy of your home.
On average, treating vaginismus and sexual pain requires 8-10 weekly telehealth sessions, with an 85% success rate.
Our initial 30-minute consultation costs $101. During this session, we discuss your challenges, fears, and goals, review our program, and determine if we are a great fit to work together. Our full programs for pelvic floor dysfunction, vaginismus, and sexual pain start at $2000. We operate as a cash-pay company.
If, at the end of your consultation, we agree it’s a good fit and you’re ready to proceed, we will get you signed up and scheduled.
