About Dr. Jaroslaw Moczerniuk

Dr. Moczerniuk is a 2009 graduate of Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy at UMDNJ. Since graduation he has practiced predominantly in outpatient orthopedic setting. Some of his post graduate coursework included areas of running injuries, rehabilitation of the foot and ankle, manual approaches to lumbar and cervical pain. He prides himself in developing treatment approaches unique to individual needs of patients, based on evidence based practice. Dr. Moczerniuk became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in June 2022 by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Jerry has played competitive soccer since high school and over the years has developed a passion for running. Dr. Moczerniuk was appointed Clinical Director of the Manalapan office when it opened in 2013 and became an equity partner in July 2020. UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY MEDICAID PLANS FOR REIMBURSEMENT. WE ASK THAT YOU NOT BOOK AN APPOI NTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAID INSURANCE PLANS.

Coming to DB PT was my favorite activity during Covid and my recovery. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Jerry is extremely professional. He explains his treatment and always checks to see how you are feeling. I highly recommend Jerry!

Jerry is the best physical therapist. He is Kind, patient, Knowledgeable about all parts of the body. This is my second time with Jerry. I cannot even put into words how highly I recommend him. He is witty, Kind but pushes you just enough to get you back to where you want to be.
