About Jason Schwartz

Jason is a 2022 Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from Dominican University in Blauvelt New York. Prior to Dominican, Jason attended Towson University in Towson, MD where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science along with a Business Minor. Through his prior clinical experiences in orthopedics rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, post-operative care and sports rehabilitation, Jason has developed his skillset in meeting his manual therapy with his exercise knowledge to optimize movements for his patients. Before PT school Jason became a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist working with adult and youth athletes to improve their quality of performance. He worked primarily with baseball players but spent time growing his knowledge by working with a variety of athletes from all walks of life. As he spent time managing different injured clients and working with Physical Therapists to bring them back to their goals, his passion for human performance grew. He became interested in the world of rehabilitation where he began working as a Physical Therapy Aide and even volunteered for a period working with young children with disabilities at a local children’s hospital. Following these experiences he knew that Physical Therapy was a perfect way for him to use his knowledge to help others.
