I am an enthusiastic and energetic person who has always enjoyed participating in sports and other outdoor activities. I decided to become a Physical Therapist after my personal experience as a patient with a sports-related injury in high school. I earned both my Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. Ever since, I have enjoyed spending time with and getting to know all our clients. Everyone has a personal story and individualized goals that they want to achieve. Whether those goals include playing a professional sport or simply being able to stand and hold their new grandchild in their arms, I am excited every day to help others reach their maximum potential. I strive to create individualized rehabilitation programs based on the needs of each client. I love to adapt and fine-tune our rehabilitation techniques to help you improve your unique functional limitations. In my career, I have worked with clients ranging from 2 months old all the way up to 104 years old. No matter what stage you may be in your life, I feel confident that we can give you the tools needed to enhance your physical function in a safe and timely manner.
