About Dr. Jean Cayetano

Hi. My name is Jean, and I am a caring Physical Therapist at Rimisac Family Health, proud to serve the Coop City-Baychester Area. Since earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arizona State University, I have been a Physical Therapist since 2003, treating a wide range of ages. I am grateful to my patients for trusting me on their recovery journey. I am passionate about hands-on rehab and providing education on healthy anatomy, injury prevention, management, and maintaining good body mechanics during daily activities. I have treated patients from 4 to 98 years old and love working with all ages! While I enjoy treating all injuries, I especially appreciate managing difficult cases of low back pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and total knee replacements. I have extensive training in manual therapy, including joint mobilization, myofascial release, passive stretching, and other hands-on approaches. I believe in balancing the body and integrating the whole system to improve function and wellbeing. My first passion is helping individuals feel better; my second is teaching. I spend time helping others understand their bodies, why they have dysfunction or pain, and educating them in self-help strategies for daily life. Education helps individuals progress by understanding which activities help or harm. Under my care, patients receive a comprehensive plan aimed at returning to activities they enjoy.
