About Jeffrey Hewes

I first became interested in physical therapy following injuries I sustained while wrestling. Throughout my rehabilitation I was exposed to a profession in which I was able to make a personal connection to my provider and saw real results. I knew that was what I wanted to offer for others, so I began my journey to becoming a physical therapist at University of Delaware where I graduated with my DPT. Following graduation I began treating at Garden City's Professional PT location. I believe that a hands-on approach and personalized treatment plans allow me to not only help my patients get better but excel in reaching their goals whether that is walking the dog around the block without pain or returning to competing in athletic events. In my free time I enjoy playing recreational sports and weightlifting as well as keeping up with latest sports news and events.
