Hi there, I'm Jennifer!
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, and relational issues. I strive to help people discover their authentic courage and inner strength, and use those parts of themselves to overcome current challenges and heal from past experiences. My goal is to help others connect with their authentic selves and find their purpose in life.
My focus
Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with teens and young adults/adults to navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-image challenges. Together we build coping skills and create a personalized, realistic plan for growth that feels empowering. I approach therapy from an accepting, non-judgmental place.
My approach
While my background is in CBT and ERP, my approach to therapy is experiential and humanistic. My goal is to be supportive and collaborative in working with clients to explore and work towards their goals in therapy. My specialties include (but are not limited to): Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Relationship issues (Narcissistic abuse survivors), PTSD.
