I am a physical therapist practicing orthopedics and specializing in pelvic therapy for all genders Although I have enjoyed training for endurance races including many marathons and 3 Ironman triathlons, I consider myself more of a natural couch potato than a natural athlete. Because of this, I understand that working towards goals of improving strength, endurance and overall fitness can be challenging. I also know what it feels like to be injured and how hard the recovery process can be. I use this personal experience as well as what I have learned from many hours of continuing education coursework and 24 years as a physical therapist to provide the best treatment for each patient that I have the opportunity to work with. In addition to running, swimming, and biking, my sons often say that my top hobby is napping, and they might be correct, but I also enjoy hiking, skiing, and traveling to see new places and meet new people.
