Dr. Jessica Zimonick graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, ND. Her passion for being active and helping others lead Jessica to become a physical therapist. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their daily activity and fitness goals. Jessica places an emphasis on functional exercises and patient preferences in order to provide optimal care. She holds certifications in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation and is continuously attending education courses to better her practice. During her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her fiancé and dog. She is a Wisconsinite at heart but loves exploring the beauty of Colorado.
