“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, but I was honestly at a loss for words — which feels ironic given how much I have to say.
I cannot recommend Jonnelynn and this practice enough. The entire staff is consistently kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, especially around scheduling and insurance.
Working with Jonnelynn was truly something special. I saw her regularly for several months, took a break, and am genuinely excited to return — something I never thought I’d say about physical therapy. She is exceptionally skilled, attentive, thoughtful, and deeply caring, and has a way of making you feel fully seen and supported as a whole person.
Our sessions left me feeling grounded, connected to my body, and relaxed, often becoming the highlight of my week. I’m deeply grateful for the impact she’s had on my healing, and if you’re considering coming here, you’ll be in incredibly good hands.

Dr. Jhonalyn Santos earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University in Valenzuela City, Philippines. There is perhaps so cultural/language difference but I found Dr. Santos unprofessional. She would steer the conversation to personal life stuff which felt intrusive, and made some comments about my body that made me feel uncomfortable. I never received a program of stretches to do outside of the appointment after asking repeatedly. And there was never any real timeline given to my recovery. Overall she seemed like a nice person and my pain did lessen for the few weeks I saw her, but I would not recommend her. And the phone calls and text from her office were too much and felt sale-sy.

Jhonalyn was very patient and did a great job. I felt much better after the therapy, and she taght me some exercise which helps a lot. Highly recommend.
