About Jiawen Kang
Jiawen received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Boston University in 2016. After seeing and supporting her family member struggling through injury, she quickly learned her interest was in helping others recover from injuries and improve their quality of life. This led her to Northeastern University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2021. While at Northeastern University, Jiawen expanded her clinical interest to treating people from all age groups after completing two outpatient clinical rotations and one inpatient geriatric rotation. Jiawen is passionate about helping her patients alleviate their pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
