4020 Park St N, Ste 101, St. Petersburg, FL
Jill Lott is a dedicated physical therapist with over 20 years of experience, driven by a passion for helping patients achieve lasting health improvements. She takes great pride in forming personal connections with those she works with, guiding them through their journeys to better mobility and overall well-being. Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana College and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. Early in her career, she specialized in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, focusing on endurance athletes. It was through this experience that she became increasingly aware of the need for specialized care in areas such as balance and fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT), and pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women. Her growing interest in these specialized areas led her to pursue advanced training and certifications. In 2015, Jill completed Emory University’s Herdman Curriculum for VRT, and she remains an active member of the Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA). She has also earned board certification in biofeedback for pelvic motor dysfunction (BCB-PMD) from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance and is certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Institute—an honor that recognizes her expertise in pelvic rehabilitation. Jill’s clinical specialties include the treatment of vestibular and balance dysfunction, pelvic motor dysfunction (including pelvic pain and bowel/bladder incontinence), and orthopedic/sports injuries. Her comprehensive approach to patient care integrates the latest research and techniques to ensure the best outcomes for those she serves. Outside of her professional life, Jill is an avid runner, enjoys hot yoga, and stays active with a variety of outdoor activities—especially those near the water.
