“5/5 – Exceptional Physical Therapy Experience with Dr. John Chillo, PT, DPT I was referred to Dr. John Chillo at Professional Physical Therapy for persistent right shoulder discomfort and a constant burning sensation around my scapula, caused by a muscle spasm or tear. From day one, Dr. Chillo conducted a thorough physical assessment and took the time to educate me on the underlying physiology of my condition. We discussed my specific goals and concerns, and he tailored a personalized treatment plan that started gradually and progressed as my strength and comfort improved. He ensured every exercise was pain-free, adjusting them as needed—whether they were too easy or began to cause discomfort. Dr. Chillo was consistently attentive, always making sure my form was correct and that I felt confident with each movement. A key part of my recovery involved manual soft tissue manipulation, which significantly reduced and eventually eliminated my pain. By the end of my treatment plan, the burning sensation and shoulder discomfort were completely gone. My range of motion is now as good as it was before the injury—possibly even better. I met all of my goals and left feeling ready and confident to return to the gym. Dr. Chillo even provided additional exercises to help me maintain progress on my own. The facility itself was spotless, hand sanitizer was available and all equipment was in excellent working order. The check-in process was seamless: you simply use a touch screen monitor with a camera to speak with a remote staff member who can confirm your appointment or help schedule your next visit. I never had to wait—every session started right on time. Bottom line: 10/10. I would absolutely return if I ever needed physical therapy again (hopefully I won’t!). It was truly a great experience from start to finish.”

John and his team are the best! They’re all so sweet and really care about everyone that walks in there everyday. They take the time to explain everything to you and just treat you with such care. I’m really going to miss them when I leave

Office was immaculate. Front desk was friendly, organized, new patient sign up was seamless. John Chillo was attentive and friendly. There were other clients, but I felt tended to. There was no rush to complete my exercises, and he was concerned that I was not in pain while doing them. I would definitely recommend this spot to others.
