“I can’t say enough good things about Professional Physical Therapy in Garden City. John was my primary physical therapist and worked with me through not just one, but two separate injuries. His knowledge, patience, and guidance made a huge difference in my recovery. I also had the chance to work with a few other therapists along the way, and everyone I interacted with was fantastic—professional, helpful, and clearly dedicated to patient care. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and really well-equipped. I especially appreciated the work we did on the turf as I got stronger and closer to returning to sports. The front desk staff deserves a shoutout too—they’re friendly, organized, and helpful. There was a small billing issue at one point, but it was handled quickly and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Beyond the excellent treatment, the people here are just genuinely kind and easy to talk to. It made the whole experience more enjoyable and motivating. I’m now back to playing sports and feeling good, and I truly credit this team for helping me get there. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for top-notch physical therapy—this review is long overdue!”
