In 2015, I moved to New York and attended NYU for a Post-baccalaureate in Pre-Health Studies. In 2022, I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Clinical Experience:- Orthopedic outpatient with emphasis on McKenzie method for neck and back pain, ACL pre- and post-surgical recovery shoulder/RTC injury prevention, treatment, and post-op care.- Subacute Neurological Hospital with an emphasis on stroke recovery and Parkinson’s treatment.- Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor (mat and reformer)- Certified in Vestibular Rehab, Pelvic Floor Rehab, and Acupressure for optimal pelvic floor health and prenatal rehabilitation.
