“Kanwal is the best! He deserves 10 stars. Yesterday I got a same day appointment. He determined the cause of my back pain, got to work and I left the office without pain. I am so grateful that I was referred to STRIDE! I saw him last year for a shoulder problem and although it took about 10 weeks of treatment, he helped me immensely and I avoided shoulder surgery.
I have been to many physical therapists (20+) over the years. Most of them were very good, but Kanwal is far above them. He listens to what is ailing you. He finds the root cause of your pain and explains what the issues are. He is with you the entire appointment. Best of all his various techniques work to mitigate your pain. It is also fun and easy to chat with him.

I have been suffering from severe knee pain, saw several doctors but nothing helped. I have ben going through physical therapy under Mr. Kanwal for about 4 weeks and can now walk normal, sit crisscross with no pain, haven’t taken any pain medication for several weeks. I highly recommend him if you are struggling with pain and need a long lasting relief. Thank you, Mr. Kanwal for your exceptional treatment!

I have been going to Kanwal for nearly 6 years. I have many aches, pains, sorenesses from serving our country that won’t go away unfortunately. Since seeing Kanwal on a weekly basis he has been able to remove any pain or keep it at a very minimal level. He has always been there for me and because of that we have become friends from barely knowing each other 6 years ago. I highly recommend using him for physical therapy!!

Kanwal is a dedicated therapist who is passionate about his work. What I like most is that he spends the entire session with me on the table. Other therapists may only work 5-10 minutes on me and then the remainder of the time is spent doing exercises. I prefer to do the exercises at home.
