I was required to submit all of my insurance details, and it was confirmed that my insurance was accepted. However, on the day of my appointment, following its conclusion, I was informed that my insurance was not, in fact, accepted. To continue with services, I would be required to pay an upfront fee and cover the cost of each subsequent appointment.
