Dr. Karan was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis and gave me a breakdown of the knee pain I'm experiencing. He was well-spoken and broke down the pain down well. He was very careful during bedside manner and told me what to expect at each stretch/movement.

I was required to submit all of my insurance details, and it was confirmed that my insurance was accepted. However, on the day of my appointment, following its conclusion, I was informed that my insurance was not, in fact, accepted. To continue with services, I would be required to pay an upfront fee and cover the cost of each subsequent appointment.
