About Dr. Karen K Elias

Karen has been a New Jersey physical therapist since 2012. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University-Brooklyn and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kean University. Karen focuses her practice primarily on outpatient orthopedics, with additional emphasis on sports medicine and vestibular rehabilitation. She is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and is well-versed in treatment techniques utilizing kinesiology taping. Karen was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and has lived in the United States since 1999. She is fluent in speaking, writing and reading Arabic, and is an active member of the Coptic Orthodox community of New Jersey. Karen currently resides in Manalapan with her husband, their baby daughter and their puppy, Charlie the Cavapoo.
