I believe that everyone has the power to make change in their lives and in my role, I hope to help my clients build skills to be able to identify the changes that they can make in their lives. My interest in transpersonal psychology and play therapy adds depth to my approach.
In my journey, I’ve found that international students in particular, can be overlooked as they navigate the intersectionality between multiple cultures and languages. I have navigated similar experiences myself. This shared ground allows for a humble and empathetic understanding, contributing to a therapeutic space that is warm and inclusive.
