I am an independently licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing social work for 15 years. I have experience working with people with many different life stressors, including anxiety, depression, changes in lifestyle, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, domestic violence, sexual assault, and first responder-related traumas. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and am well-practiced in trauma and anxiety-related disorders. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches that are best suited for each individual client. People are unique, and often approaches change as the need changes while in treatment. I tend to practice therapy in a warm, genuine, client-centered approach and believe in exploring the whole person and all aspects of their lives, past, present, and future.
