Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I work with clients who are highly motivated to shift patterns that are no longer serving them. If you've been struggling lately-feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma-then you're in the right place. As we work together, I will hold space for you to uncover the things that have been creating challenges for you-both inwardly and outwardly. You are not alone, and you don't have to keep trying to ?figure it out? by yourself.
I have 25 years of experience working in the wellness and mental health community, and I'm always doing my own personal work too. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have a direct approach and will always be straightforward with you. If you're ready to ?do the work?-let's get connected!
My goal is to support you in resolving issues that have been causing you trouble-whether that is something more temporary, like adjusting to life transitions, or something longer term like Complex PTSD. I will collaborate with you to determine what will work best for you to reach the therapy goals that are most important to you!
I believe that a positive, trusting connection between us sets the foundation for your healing and meeting the goals you've prioritized for therapy. I set the tone for this by having a friendly and casual style when you meet with me. I also have a therapy dog, Leasel, who will work with us during your sessions.
