About Dr. Kelly Dowd

Dr. Kelly Dowd is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, trained at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, who specializes in orthopedics, neuro, balance & falls, and yoga/Pilates-based rehabilitation. She earned her bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University. Her passion is helping her patients live their best, most active, healthy lives. In addition, Kelly is a Yoga Anatomy and Biomechanics Instructor for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, MA.
Kelly likes to stay active by being outdoors, trail running, hiking, and kayaking. She spends much of her free time practicing and teaching yoga, working on DIY projects, cooking, and taking care of her two cats, Elvis and Leroy, her dog, Buddy, and her seven chickens.
