About Dr. Kevin Griffith

Dr. Kevin Griffith’s passion for physical therapy began with his own journey as an athlete. After spending countless hours in physical therapy for soccer and lacrosse injuries throughout high school and college, Kevin discovered just how empowering it is to help people return not only to their prior level of function but to reach new heights through proper guidance and progressive corrective exercise. Kevin earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2018. He added certification in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) to his toolbox in 2022. Over the past several years, Kevin has gained extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and performance-focused rehab, treating everyone from joint replacement patients and surgical or non-surgical sports injuries to recreational and professional bodybuilders, CrossFit athletes, and powerlifters. He’s passionate about working with hockey, soccer, and lacrosse players, as well as anyone dedicated to strength training and weightlifting at any level. As a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Kevin stays at the forefront of evidence-based strength training, continually attending workshops and reviewing the latest research to ensure his athletes and active clients receive the best possible care to get back to — and go beyond — the activities they love.
