Kevin’s passion for physical therapy was shaped by his own experience with a significant back injury related to basketball and weightlifting that led to chronic pain and long-term limitations. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of how injury affects not only physical function, but also mental well-being, confidence, and identity. This gave Kevin a profound sense of empathy and purpose for helping patients facing similar struggles, inspiring his pursuit to become a skilled and compassionate clinician. With a lifelong passion for sports, especially basketball, Kevin enjoys helping patients restore movement, regain confidence, and improve overall quality of life. He is especially interested in identifying the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms, and values combining individualized care with evidence-based practice. He values building meaningful connections with patients and helping guide them through both the physical and emotional aspects of recovery. In Fall 2026, Kevin will begin the Professional Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program to continue advancing his orthopedic knowledge and clinical skills.
