In 2005, he moved to the Twin Cities metro area to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at St. Catherine University School of Health in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Spahr's love and dedication to physical therapy began at a young age while dealing with personal sports injuries. His passion has always been to help others, and physical therapy is the career path he chose. His focus is on you, with the goal of keeping you happy and healthy. In his free time, Dr. Spahr enjoys spending time with his wife Liz, daughters Millie and Lettie, and their dogs Mia and Ellie, as well as family and friends. He also enjoys staying active through exercise and outdoor activities.
