About Kevin Zheng

Kevin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro College and University System, Manhattan, as well as his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Columbia University. He was inspired to pursue physical therapy as a career due to his athletic training growing up. Kevin was a track and field athlete in high school and a powerlifting athlete in college. While completing his clinical rotations, Kevin gained experience working with various neurological and orthopedic diagnoses, both operative and non-operative. He worked with patients from diverse backgrounds to help them achieve individualized goals, ranging from improving function in daily activities to running marathons. Given his sports background, Kevin enjoys helping patients progress through the spectrum of rehabilitation to return to sport by utilizing a comprehensive understanding of training methodology and efficient biomechanics. Outside of the clinic, Kevin enjoys recreational powerlifting, hiking, and traveling. After growing up in New York City, he feels his trips help him experience and understand more of the world.
