very unprofessional staff that told me 10 minutes before my appointment that they couldn’t take me in. along with this, the phone communication is horrible and there is no direct line and they will play phone tag with you the entire day (until 10 mins prior when they decide to return the call) please do not book here.

The location ignores safe social distancing. They allow patients to sit closely together. There is no privacy for patients who are forced to receive treatment in a general area with multiple treatment tables placed closely together with a thin curtain between tables and no ventilation.
There are no robes or sheets to cover the patients during therapy. Patients take off their masks behind a curtain in the adjacent bed.
During the treatment, the therapist had no respect for my clothing or hair. She stained my blouse with gel and stretched the neck opening to reach my neck.. When I complained about this disrespectful behavior, she told me to remove my blouse but had no robe to cover me. Then she left the curtain parted while I was laying exposed with no top in front of other patients and staff. It was humiliating and dehumanizing experience.
The doctor intervened when I protested about this unacceptable treatment, but at this point any apology or further treatment the doctor offered was too little too late. The stress alone of being in this substandard environment left me feeling stressed out and abused. This type of unprofessional behavior would never be tolerated in Manhattan.

I loved the fact that Dr Patel took special care educating me about the pain and sickness that I am suffering from, in spite of the fact that I already knew most of the information she was providing.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and dedication of not only the Doctor but, that of the staff. My first impression walking in was "God I hope these people know what they are doing". I know now that I had nothing to worry about. Went to see Dr.Patel for lower back pain. She looked at my MRI results and explained everything in detail. You can tell she knows what she is doing and actually cares for her patients. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend visiting PT Patel's office. The front desk staff is very friendly and PT Patel was very thorough and knowledgeable in the initial consultation. The entire team is professional, fast, accomodating, and keeps an immaculate office. Especially with everything going on with COVID-19, it's great to see all appropriate measures taken, temp checks, masks, gloves, disinfecting all facilities. I also appreciated how thorough Dr. Patel's consultation was. She pinpointed critical areas of my foot that no other doctor was able to locate where I felt pain, described the process of therapy, and coached me through the overall process. Very well done!

I love the whole team, their are very professional, kind, gentle and patient. They are not too pushy and let you work at your own pace, making sure you do what you need to do for your recovery. I love the flexibility of their schedule, they always have a spot at the time I need it. This is a fantastic team and I recommend them anytime.

Dr. Patel is great. She is polite and welcoming. She knows how to work you out so that you see results. She is very nurturing but strong. She will push you to discomfort but not to the point of pain. If you need physical therapy you will not find a better doctor or facility.
