Kimberly Ellsworth is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees. Kimmie is a North Jersey native raised in Paramus and an alumnus of Paramus High School. While growing up, Kimmie was a competitive athlete for many years. She knew she wanted to become a physical therapist after seeing her teammates sustain their own injuries and have to undergo the recovery process. Slowly, but surely, her friends came back to the sports that they loved and Kimmie knew she wanted to be a part of that. Kimmie enjoys treating a diverse population including post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, athletes and more. Kimmie has clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, and hospital rehabilitation settings, but her true passion lies with outpatient physical therapy. Kimmie is also certified in the Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy for the lower quarter. This concept of manual therapy treatment focuses on joint mobilization with movement, improving range of motion and helping patients normalize their mobility. Outside of the office, Kimmie enjoys spending time outdoors in the sun and travelling. She also loves reading, painting and spending time with her family.
