My ideal clients are individuals striving to live a more authentic life and connect with who they truly are to meet their greatest potential. Some of their concerns may involve codependency, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, effective communication, and life transitions. My style is compassionate yet challenging to help you get where you want to be.
I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with training in health and wellness. I have more than ten years of experience and particular expertise with people in recovery from codependency and navigating non-traditional relationships. I love hearing people's stories, diving into understanding the reasons behind their behaviors, and helping them make meaningful change in their lives. So many of us struggle to live according to our values and hold ourselves back from pursuing our best selves, and I am here to help you along that growth journey. I have a passion for helping people overcome past trauma, confront and change relational issues, and grow more fully into their authentic selves. My favorite people to work with are those who are insightful, motivated, and willing to put in the work to achieve their goals.
