Kitrick (Kit) Russell is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. Kit completed his undergraduate degree at William Jewell College in 2017 and had the opportunity to play collegiate soccer there. In 2021, Kit graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Kit, he also received the DPT for his class in 2021. From the time he graduated, he has experience in multiple fields of physical therapy including acute care, neurology, orthopedics, and home health. Kit uses a wholistic approach with each patient and incorporates manual therapy, kinesio taping, cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and functional exercises to bring the patient or athlete to peak performance. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs, grilling, hiking, woodworking, running, cycling, and any other form of exercise.
