Physical Therapist
MA
I offer 100% virtual physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for patients in Massachusetts, through a secure, encrypted, HIPAA-compliant audio-visual interface. Leveraging the most evidence-informed scientific and alternative approaches, to identify and manage both acute and chronic movement impairment syndromes, I provide holistic, individualized care, to help patients successfully achieve lasting results. My rare combination of relevant education and experience began training scores of elite athletes at NCAA Division-I institutions. The excellent people I work with immensely benefit from targeted exercise, managing human biomechanics, and expert physical therapist consultation, to treat pain, movement dysfunction, and injury, while still making progress towards coveted fitness and sport performance goals. Maintaining certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting (Level 1 Sport Performance Coach), Functional Movement Systems (Functional Movement Screen Professional, Level 1), and The Back School (Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist - Level 1), my education has continued through unique, leading organizations, such as the Postural Restoration Institute, Cogent Steps (Emergency Response for Athletes), Prague School/Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and Movement Links. I have also amassed both direct work experience, as well as unique skill development, through several leading sport performance physical therapists in the United States, including: Zac Cupples, Jennifer Poulin, and Bill Hartman, who have each dedicated their careers to delivering the highest quality techniques, services, and care experiences, and continue to model for future generations of physical therapists. If an exercise, routine, ergonomic or movement-based intervention is the solution, I help you find it; we make sure the intervention is applied as intended, in a way that should yield results, and, in a way that works best for you.
